About the founder

Hello! My name is Ariadna Valentina Coa and I am an undergrad student at the University of South Florida, majoring in Biomedical Sciences and Healthcare Administration. I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela, but moved to Miami when I was 6 years old. Later on, I moved to Orlando right as high school was starting and discovered multiple volunteer organizations around me where I helped out throughout my high school life and continue to do so today. Through my background, I learned a lot about the different conditions people can face in our community, specifically situations of low income and health issues. Oftentimes, people in these situations are families with young children and have a common stress of struggling to afford a variety of activities for them. Due to this, I decided to create this nonprofit to help take some weight off of these parents' shoulders by organizing small gifts and fun activities for their children to enjoy while allowing these kids to show their inner shine and creativity through these activities. A lot of people do not realize these situations are happening right in their backyard; thus, my intent is to shed some light on this issue and promote social change through this organization as well.
